Active Ageing Australia® is committed to the philosophy of active ageing and to taking action to increase the participation in recreational and physical activity of people as they age.
Active Ageing Australia aims to

1,500th Easy Moves for Active Ageing (EMAA) leader
Active Ageing Australia® recently trained the 1,500th EMAA leader. EMAA is a state of the art leaders training course for conducting and designing gentle exercise programs for older adults.
EMAA is nationally accredited and meets competency standards of 3 units from the National Training Packages (SRC CRO 007B, SRC CRO 009B and SRF CFP 001A).
EMAA is now regularly delivered across 4 States of Australia by a network of approved Trainers.
